  alarm setter
  For use with 2 or 3 wire 4/20mA transmitters
  The MTL5314 is connected to a 2 or 3-wire 4/20mA transmitter or current source in the hazardous area, and provides one or two configurable alarm signals to the safe area through the egg knife setting relay. When the input signal is greater or less than the preset value, each relay can individually configure the alarm signal according to different alarm conditions (relay release).
  In addition, MTL5314 can be connected in series to the dangerous end of the MTL5541 4/20mA isolation barrier (or equivalent functional isolation barrier) to directly provide two alarm outputs for the transmitter signal. The transmitter signal forms a loop with MTL5314 and will not affect HART communication.
